Logging into the NEW Online & Mobile Banking

To access online banking using your desktop, visit mycentral.bank and click the green Login button from the top right corner of your screen – just like you do now!

If you use Central Bank’s mobile banking app, you’ll be notified to update your app the first time you login following the conversion on June 10.

Why is Central Bank moving to a new online and mobile banking platform?

The new platform offers greater reliability and the most advanced digital banking tools.

Will I need to re-enroll in online and mobile banking?

No. If you're an existing online and mobile banking user, please log into the new platforms using your same username and password following the conversion on Monday, June 10.

Will the transition impact my account numbers and terms?

No. Your account numbers and terms will remain the same.

Do I need to download a new app?

No, you will continue to use the same app for Mobile Banking. Make sure you are using the most current version to experience our new features! Check the app store for updates if your apps do not automatically update.

Can I use Touch ID or Face ID after the conversion?

Your first login after conversion will require you to type in your username and password. However, you can then reauthenticate with Touch or Face ID.

Will my automated bills through BillPay transfer to the new system?

Yes, your automated bills will transfer to our new system. There will be no changes to your Bill Pay account throughout this conversion.

Will I need to reenroll in estatements?

Your statement preference will not change. E-statements will continue to be available through online banking as well as additional documents such as IRS Reporting Documents, Loan Statements, and more!

Will my alerts transfer over?

Alert notifications are the one feature that will not automatically transfer to the new system. You will have to reset these up after conversion but there are lots of new alerts available to check out!

Will my account number change?

No, Account Numbers and Routing Numbers will have no changes.

Will I need to update any of my direct deposits or ACH Payments?

No, any deposits or payments tied to your Routing & Account Number, Debit Card, or Bill Pay will not be affected.

Can my first time logging back in be on the Mobile App?

Yes! You can reauthenticate right through the app. You will also notice that everything available on our website is now available on the app!

What services are going away with the conversion?

None! In fact, we are adding many new features such as Credit Sense, Zelle, and MyFinances to enhance your digital experience.

What is the difference between the available balance and current balance?

Available balance is the amount of money in your account that is available to use right now. It takes into account the pending transactions that have not yet cleared but are known to our bank, such as pending debit card purchases or holds that are placed by the merchants. It reflects the amount of money that is truly accessible to you after accounting for pending transactions.

Current balance is the total amount of money in your account. This includes all deposits and withdrawals that have been fully processed. However, it may not account for pending transactions, like checks you have written that have not yet been cashed or debit card purchases that have not been fully processed.

Will my cards be affected by this transition?

No, your cards will still work as normal. You will not need to change anything, continue to use your cards as usual.

What is Create Digital?

Create Digital is Central Bank's new online and mobile banking platform.

What new features will Online and Mobile Banking have?

Self-Enroll Regardless of credit history information available, you can enroll yourself in online & mobile banking. Excludes minors.

Budgeting Tools Better understand spending habits and improve finances through the MyFinances Program.

TransferNow Transfer to another bank account help in your name. Only available upon request.

Financial Dashboard View financial wellbeing with data from various sources and institutions.

Update Personal Information Automatically update User ID, password, email, electronic statement access, and challenge questions. You may also submit a request to update your phone number or address. These changes take about one to three business days to complete.

Credit Score Monitoring View Credit Score, Create Credit Score Goals, and use our Score Simulator!
