Card Payment Options
There are two ways to make payments for business credit card accounts:
- Consolidated Payment Option (Control Account) – allows employee balances from sub accounts to consolidate into a single company wide control account. This allows you to pay from one consolidated invoice statement instead of multiple individual statements.
- Individual Payment option (Individual Accounts) – allows each account within your company to function as a separate account with an individual card limit. Balances for each account are calculated separately and each account receives a separate billing statement for payment.
Adding Employees to Business Credit Cards
Additional credit cards can be issued at the time of application or after an account has been established. Business clients can contact either their commercial relationship manager or Bankcard Services. If Bankcard Services is contacted, we will review the credit line and payment history of the business client then seek credit approval from the commercial relationship manager.
Visa® Credit Cards are subject to approval. See our credit card brochure for a Summary of Credit Terms.
