Central Bank Named a Top Workplace in Iowa

Sept. 17, 2016—Central Bank has been recognized a Top Workplaces in Iowa by the Des Moines Register for the third year in a row. The bank was cited for good people, good benefits and a strong emphasis on work/life balance.

The rankings are based solely on employees' opinions from an anonymous survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution and Connection, just to name a few.

Central Bank landed at #31 in the Midsized Company category.
