Central Bank Named Top Workplace, 5 Years

For the 5th year in a row, Central Bank has been recognized as a Top Workplace in Iowa; ranking #30 in the midsized company category. “Great company that treats people with respect and dignity”, “employees are appreciated” and “excellent work environment” are just a few of the employee comments that expand on the survey results and why Central Bank continues to be a great place to work!

The rankings are based solely on employees' opinions from an anonymous survey administered by Energage LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
