The Bankline 24/7 menu can be navigated by a touch tone phone or by voice commands in English or Spanish! Bankline 24/7 is also secure, as it requires a PIN to access your accounts. Access will also be locked after three consecutive incorrect logins.
Getting Started with Bankline 24/7
Starting with Bankline 24/7 is as easy as dialing (712) 732-2191 or toll free at (866) 732-2191 and entering the last four digits of your Social Security number for your PIN. You will be prompted to enter a new PIN of your choice, which you will use from that time forward.
Account Access with Bankline 24/7
You can access any account on which you are listed as a primary or secondary account holder. Special requests can be made for making transfers outside of these standard account holder relationships. If you do not want your accounts accessible through Bankline 24/7, contact Central Bank and we will disable telephone account access.
