Be Prepared for Everything

Disaster strikes. It could be major or minor – in either case, you want to get things back to normal as soon as possible. Condo insurance can help in that regard with standard homeowner coverage, plus coverage options that fit condo life. Protect yourself against damage, theft, the elements and other covered events. Your agent can work with you to find if you’re eligible for bundled discounts and just what special coverage options make the most sense for you.

Information and/or definitions for generic insurance products are provided by Nationwide Insurance Company and do not represent a particular offering of coverage.

Coverage options include options specific to the dwelling and attached/unattached components thereof, personal property within your condo, liability related to events/persons on your property and recovering after a disaster or event.

Dwelling: We offer coverage for the dwelling with an additional option for built structures not attached to the condo (such as a garage or gazebo).

Liability: This coverage consists of bodily injury and property damage. If an injury occurs on your property, liability coverage can help pay for damages. An additional option, personal umbrella, can offer you additional coverage should you need it.

Disaster: Natural and unnatural disasters happen. Condo insurance offers options for coverage that includes flood, earthquake, sewer backup and more. Additional options provide for coverage that recognizes increases in living expenses in the event of loss of use or for rebuilding after disaster to meet specific building codes.

Contents: Loss of valuables can hurt in more way than one. Options for insuring them include Valuables Plus* (coverage for appraised art, jewelry or other high-value items) and Brand New Belongings** (coverage for replacement/repair of belongings to like-new or new status). *Offered through Nationwide. **®Nationwide
